1. Who we are
The SANTIVERI Mauritania app is operated by Santiveri Mauritanie. For any question about your personal data, contact us at contact@santiveri.mr.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we collect:
- Your name and display name
- Your email address or phone number, used for sign-in
- Your business name and a contact number, for merchant accounts only
- Your phone number, on an optional basis
- Your order history and cart contents
- Your device's push notification token, if you've enabled notifications
3. How we use your data
Your data is used to create and manage your account, to process and track orders, to send push notifications where you've opted in, and to allow merchant accounts to be validated before placing orders. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Third-party services
The app relies on the following services, provided by Google LLC: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Use of these services is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
Your data is retained while your account remains active. It is permanently deleted as soon as you request account deletion.
6. Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, or delete your account and all associated data at any time via Profile then Delete Account. For any request, contact us at contact@santiveri.mr.
7. Security
Your data is protected by Firebase's security mechanisms, encrypted HTTPS connections, and secure hashing of your PIN.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
