1. Acceptance
By using the SANTIVERI Mauritania app, you agree to these terms of service in full.
2. Who can use the app
The app is intended for merchants, who place wholesale orders from the catalog, customers, who browse the catalog and order, and authorized Santiveri staff. Merchant accounts must be validated by Santiveri before they can place orders.
3. Account responsibilities
You must keep your credentials and PIN confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and agree to provide accurate information.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, access other users' accounts or data, attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, or provide false information.
5. Orders and payments
All orders are subject to confirmation by Santiveri, which may cancel or modify an order in the event of a pricing error, stock shortage, or a violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and product data belong to Santiveri Mauritanie. No reproduction is permitted without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or absolute accuracy of information. Santiveri Mauritanie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new version.
