Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your SANTIVERI Mauritania account and all associated data directly from the app, in just a few steps.
How to delete your account
- 1 Open the SANTIVERI Mauritania app and sign in to your account.
- 2 Go to the Profile tab.
- 3 Select Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm your choice. Deletion happens immediately.
What data is removed
Your profile, account information, order history and cart contents, and your notification token, are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Retention
No personal data is kept after account deletion, except information we are legally required to retain for accounting or regulatory purposes.
Can't access the app?
Email us at contact@santiveri.mr with the phone number or email address linked to your account, and we'll delete it for you.
